The Ministers said the concerted efforts of the Police Department had brought about considerable improvement in the law and order situation in the city.
The meeting is expected to discuss the Law and Order situation in the State, women safety, protection of forests, controlling timber smuggling, regulating the use of drugs like Ganja and other issues at length.
The 14-page DO letter signed by the Chief Minister was sent to the Centre on Friday night, ahead of the proposed Apex Council second meeting slated to be held on Tuesday.
