BRS leaders condole demise of Telangana folk artiste Mogulaiah

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao and senior leader T Harish Rao condoled the demise of renowned Telangana folk artiste Mogulaiah, celebrated for his soul-stirring songs that resonated with the State’s culture and identity, leaving a void in the world of traditional music. They extended condolences to Mogulaiah’s family.
Rama Rao praised Mogulaiah’s contribution, stating that his songs rekindled family bondings and showcased Telangana’s strength and love for life. “Even in death, he lives on through his music,” he stated.
Former Minister T Harish Rao expressed grief, recalling how Mogulaiah was treated for kidney disease at NIMS Hospital. “Though he recovered and returned home, his passing is deeply painful. He remains immortal in the hearts of Telangana people through his songs,” he said.
Mogulaiah gained prominence with his work in the acclaimed film Balagam, highlighting Telangana’s rich folk heritage.
