BRS lodges complaint against Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy
BRS Legislative Party lodged a complaint to Speaker Gaddam Prasad against Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy for making derogatory remarks about former Minister and senior MLA T Harish Rao during the Question Hour in the Assembly on Wednesday.

Hyderabad: BRS Legislative Party lodged a complaint to Speaker Gaddam Prasad against Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy for making derogatory remarks about former Minister and senior MLA T Harish Rao during the Question Hour in the Assembly on Wednesday. The party MLAs submitted a representation to the Speaker, seeking appropriate action against the Minister for his unparliamentary language in the House.
The BRS stated that Komatireddy Venkat Reddy violated the Legislative Rules – Rule 319 (ii and iii), Rule 320 and Rule 45, making baseless allegations and personal accusations without the prior notice and permission of the Speaker, while the House is in progress. The Speaker assured to examine the Assembly records and take necessary action. Venkat Reddy alleged that Harish Rao amassed wealth worth Rs 10,000 crore during his tenure as a Minister in the previous BRS government.
