Container lorry goes up in flames in Sangareddy

Though the locals rushed a water tanker before the fire tender arrived at the spot to douse the fire, most of the vehicle was gutted in the incident.

Sangareddy: A container lorry went up in flames on the NH-65 at Rudraram in Patancheru on Friday.

The moving container lorry, which was heading to Vijayawada from Mumbai, caught fire reportedly due to a short circuit. Though the locals rushed a water tanker before the fire tender arrived at the spot to douse the fire, most of the vehicle was gutted in the incident.
