A city based advocate had filed a complaint with the police alleging that the website “thekhorasandiary.com”, is promoting terrorism and instigating people to attack members of the majority community in the country.

The issue affects the freedom of citizens, the lawyer, appearing for Ram and Kumar said, and added that opposition leaders, journalists and even court staff have been put under surveillance.
