Hyderabad task force nabs drug peddler; Seizes MDMA and mobile phones

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force (East) team caught a man who is native of Andhra Pradesh for drug peddling. The police seized 13.9 grams of MDMA drug and a mobile phone from him.
Acting on a tip off, the police caught Shaik Mohammed Haneef (31), a car driver from Cuddapah district in A.P. He was working in the city earlier.
“Haneef, went to Mumbai on coming to know about the sale of drugs and purchased MDMA from one person Rohith. He was caught at Karkhana, when he arrived to the city from Mumbai. The man had planned to sell the drug during New Year programs and earn huge money,” Additional DCP (Task Force), A Srinivasa Rao.
