The PG NEET-2024 examination was held in August and at the national level, already two-rounds of counselling have been completed. And yet, the State government and KNRUHS are yet to issue notification to conduct even the first phase of the PG counselling.
Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Hyderabad Zonal Office has provisionally attached assets worth Rs 5.34 crore, belonging to private medical colleges under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), in connection with a case of cheating by private medical colleges by indulging in blocking of seats for PG medical admissions.

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has notified to conduct second phase of web- based counseling for allotment and admission into MDS.
Candidates who were allotted seats in the first phase of counseling and have not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college will not be eligible to exercise their options.
