Unidentified persons decamped with 460 grams of gold ornaments from the house of one Venugopal at Sai Nagar Colony in RC Puram in the early hours of Sunday.
Twelve persons were on Sunday arrested for allegedly decamping with golden ornaments weighing 44 tolas and liquid cash Rs 15 lakh from a doctor's house in the town on November 30. Police seized 35 tolas of gold and the cash Rs 15.50 lakh were recovered from them.
The incident took place when Ranju Prasad -- wife of a retired botany professor in the College of Commerce, Patna -- was going to a doctor's clinic for a medical check-up.
