Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has called for protest demonstrations across all mandal headquarters in the State on Sunday denouncing the Congress government’s failure to disburse Rythu Bharosa assistance for the Kharif season.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao has urged party members to expose the Congress’s betrayal of farmers. He criticized the Congress government for promising Rs 15,000 per acre under the Rythu Bharosa scheme and then failing to deliver.
“The Congress has deceived the farmers by not providing the promised support. We must expose their lies and betrayal,” he said, emphasizing the importance of standing up for farmers and holding the Congress government accountable for its actions.
“We will not remain silent while the Congress government continues to betray our farmers. We demand immediate disbursement of Rythu Bharosa funds,” he insisted.
