So far, students are provided main answer sheets comprising four pages and additional answer sheets containing four pages, along with a graph sheet, for writing answers.

This was announced as the DGE received certain representations seeking to declare holiday to camps on the occasion of two festivals i.e., Ugadi on April 9 and Ramzan on April 11.

The move comes as the sixth question in section– II of the question paper comprising of three short answer questions with four marks each, deviated from the question paper blueprint. The add-on two marks are not grace marks and will be awarded only to those who had attempted and not to all students.

The exams ended with the OSSC Main Language paper – II (Sanskrit and Arabic). Spot evaluation of the answer scripts will commence at 19 spot evaluation centres across the State from Wednesday.

Adequate police force has also been arranged at centres, Director of Government Examinations, A Krishna Rao said

The percentage of passes secured by girls was 88.53, while boys recorded 84.68 per cent.

The SSC Public Examinations 2023 results will be declared on Wednesday at 12 noon by Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy.

A total of 99.62 per cent of the 4,85,704 regular students attended the examination in 2,652 centres across Telangana
