Siddipet: Three sisters from one family in Balaji Nagar in Yapral have become police constables. The younger two of the three sisters completed their 9-month training in Warangal on Wednesday.
The parents Mittapalli Tulasiraam, who was into scrap business, and Madhavi, had three daughters Alekhya, Niharika and Nikhitha. The couple got their elder daughter Alekhya married to constable Malluri Sravan Kumar in 2014. Inspired by her husband, Alekhya wrote the constable recruitment test in 2020 and cracked it. While Sravan was working at Narayanguda police station, Alekhya was working as a constable at Tukaram Gate police station now.
Inspired by their sister’s success, Niharika and Nikthia also prepared for the constable examination and cracked it last year. While Niharika got a civil constable job, Nikitha got a constable (AR) job. Their parents were on cloud nine after all the three of their daughters landed jobs in the police department. While Alekhya and Nikhitha completed graduation in B.Com Computers, Niharika was pursuing an MBA. The three are now aiming to crack the SI recruitment examination.
Speaking to Telangana Today, Tulasiram said he had struggled all his life to lead a decent life. However, he was very happy that his three daughters were in a respectable position.
