Two-day TT-NT Auto Show gets underway in Khammam, gets good response
Automobile dealers from Hyderabad and Warangal also set up stalls at the auto show, besides automobile dealers from Khammam city.

Khammam: A two-day Auto Show being organised by Telangana Today and Namasthe Telangana at the SR & BGNR College grounds got underway in Khammam on Saturday.
BRS district president, MLC Tatha Madhusudhan, ex-MLA S Venkata Veeraiah, Mayor P Neeraja, BRS city president P Nagaraju and senior leader Gundala Krishna inaugurated the auto show. Speaking on the occasion the guests lauded Telangana Today-Namasthe Telangana for conducting an auto show in Khammam. Events like auto shows usually held in capital cities conducting such events in tier-II cities would help consumers to make a wise choice in buying automobiles. As the purchasing power of people increased in tier-II cities bringing popular automobile brands to one place would be convenient for the public, who wish to purchase luxury brands that were not available locally, they said.
A large number of automobile enthusiasts visited the stalls. Automobile dealers from Hyderabad and Warangal also set up stalls at the auto show, besides automobile dealers from Khammam city. union Bank, Canara Bank and SBI set up stalls to offer loans to the buyers. Mahavir Skoda, Automotive KIA, Pride Jeep, Royal Enfield, Citroen Motors, Venkataramana Bajaj, Kakatiya Toyota, Tata Motors, Green Honda, Mahindra Katakam Honda and Spark Hero put up their stalls at the auto show. Namasthe Telangana branch manager Rena Ramesh, bureau in-charge Mateti Venugopal, edition in-charge Venkatappaiah, Ads Manager Boina Shekhar, circulation manager K Rambabu and others participated in the inaugural event.
